We are so excited you have planned your trip to Snowy Range! We want to make sure you have a great time, let’s start by making sure you know where to go when you arrive. We recommend buying everything online at least 48 hours in advance to make your morning as simple as possible. We also ask that families or groups that purchase together stick together until you are ready to hit the slopes to ensure the fastest service.
First Time Skier Guide
We hope you enjoy the scenic drive to the ski area but before you leave check the road conditions and closures to plan your best route. Parking
We offer free parking for all of our guests! The earlier you arrive the closer to the lodge you will be.
Lift Tickets
Our main lodge, the building with our logo facing the main parking lot, has everything you need for the day. When you walk around the building we have outdoor windows open for you to pick up your tickets.
Lessons
If you have decided that you or your kids would like to take a lesson you will need to book online at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee a spot. You can check-in and pick up lift tickets at any of the outdoor ticket windows. We recommend arriving at least an hour to an hour and a half before the lesson begins. When you check-in we can print off all of the lift tickets you have reserved for the day, for guests in lessons or not, and let you know who your instructor will be.
Rentals
Once you have picked up your lift tickets or checked in for a lesson it’s time to get your rentals. Follow the directions given by the ticket office staff to pick up your rentals. On the chance that something does not fit correctly, we are more than happy to swap it out for the right gear.
Lockers
We have 2 different types of lockers for you to choose from. For our $5 all-day lockers, we will give you a key to use in exchange for an ID, to make sure we get our key back at the end of the day. We also have self-service quarter lockers that are $1 per use. We ask that you keep everything in a locker or in your car. All of our lockers are day-use only, unfortunately, you cannot keep your stuff overnight or for long periods of time.
Multi-Day Stay
If you are coming to Snowy multiple days in a row we will print you a lift ticket for the duration of your stay and you can take multi-day rentals with you. The next day you come up you will be ready to hit the slopes. If you booked lessons for multiple days make sure you check in each day and find out your instructor.
