Snow Report, Friday, December 2, 2022

Hello Fellow Snowy Enthusiasts!

Happy Opening Day! Grab your crew and gear, and welcome to another winter season here at Snowy Range Ski Area.

Currently here at 5am, we have received an inch of snow overnight with flakes still falling this morning. Forecasts project continued snowfall with accumulations in the 1″-3″ range today. Don’t forget that extra layer as temps are projected to fall throughout the day.

As stated yesterday, hats off to the snowmakers for the solid efforts, and Mother Nature has been very kind this week with over a FOOT of natural snow these past few days plus several more inches of snowfall are anticipated through Monday. The mountain is in very nice shape, and you should expect some quality fun & good times this weekend and beyond. It’s going to be a great opening weekend, so we hope to see you on the slopes very soon!

Please visit the Trails Report for a list of our available terrain this weekend….we definitely anticipate additional slopes to open as the snow continues to fall, so keep doing those snow dances….plus, expect the Sundance side to make it’s season debut as early as next weekend! Thank you again for your continued patronage and support to Snowy Range!

Think Snow!
