Hope everyone had a safe, enjoyable Thursday — it certainly was a bitterly cold day around these parts, with the negative temps and intense wind chill factors. We are thankful for the recent rounds of snowflakes and operations here at the ski area will resume on Friday at 9am.
Forecasts for Friday predict quite a bit of sunshine with highs around 20, and we should see day-time highs in the mid to upper 20’s both Saturday and Sunday.
We’ve received close to 6″ of new snow over the past 72 hours and right at 10″ these last 8 days….expect the snow conditions to be quite nice here on the mountain Friday and beyond, plus looks like some additional snow chances return by the end of the weekend and throughout much of holiday week.
All is shaping up for a wonderful holiday season here at Snowy Range. Grab the crew and make those online reservations now for some good times here on the mountain.
Chute chairlift will be back in operation for Friday, and please visit the Trails Report page for a list of our available terrain. Additional terrain will continue opening as snowfall continues, and we anticipate our main terrain park will make its season debut by Saturday!
Thank you all for your continued patronage and support of Snowy Range Ski Area.
