Snow Report – Friday, February 24, 2023

10:30am Update: We have received another couple of inches since 5am, and the snow is still falling – another powder day here on the mountain – enjoy!

5:00am Update: Happy Friday! We have had an absolutely amazing stretch of SNOW here this past week – over 27″ these past six days and another fresh inch here this morning with light snow still falling. Forecasts today project intermittent snow showers with peeks of sunshine this afternoon. Looks like a high of around 18, and those additional accumulation totals are anticipated in the 1″-3″ range – the powder days and good times are certainly here at The Range – hopes are you have enjoyed the recent blessings OR definitely make those plans to make it out soon!

Looking ahead through the weekend, Saturday is expected to be mostly sunny with highs in the lower 30’s and Sunday calls for partly cloudy skies with a few snow showers later in the day and highs in the lower 30’s. Conditions are most excellent, so rally the crew and we hope to see you on the slopes soon.

The majority of roads around the region and into the ski area are open – however, current reports are some closures and restrictions on I-80 between Cheyenne and Laramie, yet there are also alternative routes available. Please be safe in your travels, and allow some extra time today. For updates on road conditions, please visit the WYDOT website, or call 1-888-996-7623.

The ski area is officially 100% open with all slopes and terrain parks available. Please remember to SMART STYLE all activities in the parks and utilize YOUR RESPONSIBILITY CODE throughout the slopes. Please note that RESPECT GETS RESPECT here at The Range, and those expectations of conduct apply to all guests at all times.
